We are expanding our sales team and seek to hire a creative, focused, and results oriented Sales Executive to join our team.  In this role, you will oversee and sell into our western Virginia territory, covering Richmond West.  Territory expansion could include Northern Virginia, parts of West Virginia and North Carolina.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build a territory by prospecting, qualifying, quoting, and selling into new accounts – you own the sales process
  • Quote and close sales including managed services, cloud services, business continuity services, and security services
  • Learn and possess a firm understanding of product offerings to effectively represent the Advanced Logic Industries Brand
  • Research prospect accounts and contacts, consistently capture data in CRM tools
  • Nurture prospect relationships
  • Assist in driving event attendance
  • Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives

WHO YOU ARE – JOB REQUIREMENTS

The right person for this role has a good understanding of or the ability to learn IT related products and has:

  • 3+ years’ proven track record of success in a Business Development or Sales related position
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the sale and delivery of IT solutions and services or similar industry
  • Strong skills in prospecting, replacing a competitive incumbent, and protecting the installed base
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a process for managing a territory including pipeline development and partner engagement
  • Ability to understand technology issues and explain them in simple language
  • Ability to qualify opportunities, assess prospect value, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or with others as needed
  • A high level of interpersonal and time management skills
  • The ability to deliver technical presentations in person or via video and is comfortable presenting via video/camera
  • Proficiency in using and collaborating through CRM tools
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives
  • Very organized self-starter who also enjoys collaborating with a team
  • Customer focused with the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally

Advanced Logic Industries, Inc. is looking for an Accountant / Technical Service Contracts Coordinator to serve as the liaison between our technical support team, Accounting Department and managed service clients.  In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, compiling, and reporting contract activity, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.  You will report directly to the CFO and will have the opportunity to work with multiple accounting functions.  This role is an expanding position and provides potential for growth to a result oriented, driven individual.

In this position, you will work closely with our customers along with our Sales, Technical Services and Accounting teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.  You will be part of a team that works together to ensure our clients receive the highest standards of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and ensure accurate billing, SLA’s, and reporting for our Technical Service Contracts
  • Support various accounting functions as needed to ensure staffing is sufficiently covered
  • Serve as the liaison between Engineering and Sales to identify trends among contracts and make change recommendations to improve customer service and/or profitability
  • Communicate with customers on a monthly/quarterly basis to monitor activity and reporting related to managed services
  • Monitor active contracts for upcoming renewals and work with the Sales and Technical teams to determine renewal pricing
  • Prepare monthly management reports to monitor resource utilization and profitability across our managed services and subscription contracts
  • Process weekly and monthly invoices for technical services, managed services, and recurring revenue contracts
  • Help customers with billing and administrative concerns, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Perform account reconciliation and data entry as needed to ensure the integrity of data across systems
  • Post month end journal entries and maintain supporting schedules including Fixed Assets, Deferred Revenue, etc.

WHO YOU ARE – JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong account reconciliation skills
  • Knowledge of Accounting and General Ledger
